Provides advice on Bylaws and oversees 5-year bylaw revision process. Following completion of the Churchill Road PTA's bylaw review process, the Virginia PTA approved the Churchill Road PTA Bylaws on February 7, 2011.  The approved bylaws will be in force until the completion of the next bylaw review in five years.  (The Virginia PTA requires the submission of the Churchill Road PTA Bylaws on February 7, 2016.)
