Provides advice on Bylaws and oversees 5-year bylaw revision process. As required by the CRS PTA Bylaws and the Virginia PTA, the CRS PTA must complete its bylaw review and revision this school year.  A Bylaws Review committee was formed under chairmanship of Linda Dempsey to review the current bylaws and propose changes.   Click on the right to review the proposed new CRS PTA Bylaws, as well as a summary of the substantive changes that are being proposed.  Note that a number of changes are required to be made by the Virginia PTA and cannot be modified.  If you have any questions about any of the proposed changes, please contact Linda Dempsey.  The PTA will vote on the revised CRS PTA Bylaws at its June 16, 2010 meeting.
