Go Home Note Policies

• Go Home Notes must be submitted online before midnight before the date in question.
• Please do not send paper Go Home Notes to school with your children. Paper Go Home Notes are no longer accepted. The online process allows us to generate several reports that have been very helpful to the school at dismissal time and improves our ability to get kids safely home.
• A bus rider can bring only one other child with them on the bus per day.
• For After School Activity pickup arrangements, please send an e-mail to asa-attendance@churchillroadpta.org.
