The Appropriations Committee chairperson shall;

1. chair a committee composed of the PTA president, the treasurer, two at-large members (appointed by the president from open nominations), the principal (or his/her designee), and three staff members representing K-3, 4-6, and specialists.
2. Present requests for funds to the committee for approval.
