Recording Secretary Print  

The recording secretary shall:

  1. record the minutes of all meetings of the association;
  2. keep the official copy of the local unit’s bylaws in his/her files;
  3. make the minutes of all meetings available to any member of the association upon request;
  4. perform other delegated duties as assigned.


Once approved, the
minutes are available on the website.
