Geo Bee

National Geographic BeeStudents at Churchill Road in grades 4-6 participate each winter in the National Geographic Bee. The National Geographic Bee is an annual competition organized by the National Geographic Society, with students at schools around the world participating.

CRS students take the preliminary assessments with their homeroom classes (this year on Friday, January 12th). The top 10 students from the preliminary assessment will take part in the school championship (this year on Friday, January 19th from 1:30-2:30 p.m. - parent invitations will be sent to those whose child makes it).

Studying is not required to participate, but if your child would like to sharpen their geo knowledge, study materials can be found on the National Geographic site.
