Want to stay up-to-date with the latest news? Follow our steps below.

  1. Starting on the first day of school, please register on THIS website (i.e. create a login and a password). This will enable you to receive emails from the PTA. If you are already registered, make sure your contact information is up-to-date.
  2. Update or register your profile on our directory. You can access our directory online, via app, or the printed version (distributed in October/November).
  3. Like our CRS PTA Facebook page ( and then sign up to follow the CRS PTA on Twitter (@CRS_PTA). Want to make sure you always see our Facebook posts? On our Facebook page, click "Following" and then select "See First" under "In Your News Feed".
  4. Read our Week At A Glance newsletter each week! All relevant information about PTA membership and events will be relayed through the newsletter. Current school year newsletters will also be posted on the website each week. To receive the newsletter, you must register on this website. If you are registered but not receiving the newsletter, please check your account and make sure all email addresses are up-to-date and include the email address you wish to receive the newsletter. 
  5. Check out your child's VIP folder, which comes home each Wednesday. Flyers for PTA sponsored events will be sent through the VIPs.
  6. Check our website - we regularly add the latest information to our CRS PTA website throughout the year.
  7. Pay attention to Churchill Chatter (News You Choose) and KIT messages that come from the school office. Contact the office if you are not receiving school emails to register.
