FAMILY MOVIE NIGHT - SEPTEMBER 19th (Friday)

Get ready for an evening of fun under the stars, CRS Ohana! We're bringing the magic of Hawaii to our backyard with a special screening of Lilo & Stitch.

DATE: Friday, September 19th, 2025
TIME: Doors open at 6:45pm, and the movie begins around 7:30pm (once dark enough)

DETAILS:
- Movie tickets will be available online starting August 18th at noon (links below).
- Your own picnic is welcome! Pizza family packs must be pre-ordered before the event (see below).
- Blankets or low chairs are welcome (no mattresses or inflatables allowed).
- Adult supervision is required for all children; this is NOT a drop-off event
- In case of inclement weather - we will reschedule Movie Night and send an email out to all families asap.
movie Tickets
Children 4 and under: FREE
Ages 5-12: $7 per child
Adults (13+): PTA members $10; non-members $15
*To receive member pricing, you must join the PTA before purchasing your ticket.
All tickets include a snack and a raffle ticket. Additional raffle tickets are available online and on the day of event!

Walk-in ticket sales will be permitted on the night of the event, at non-member rate. There will be NO option to purchase family pizza packs at the event. Your walk-in ticket will grant you entry to the event and a raffle ticket, and the snack as long as supplies last.
For easier check-in, please have your order number handy.

No food will be sold at the event. All food must have been pre-purchased
Pre-order your food with your tickets and have it waiting for you at Movie Night! Choose from one of the three options below:

Family Pepperoni Pizza Pack: 1 large pepperoni pizza and 4 bottles of water

Concessions pizza pack sales will end on Wednesday, September NO orders will be accepted at event.
Volunteers
We are looking for Adults and Students (8th-12th grade) who are able to help our event run smoothly. Please Sign Up for Volunteer Opportunities:
Student Volunteers (8th grade and up to receive volunteer/service hours for school, scouts, etc.)
Effective immediately, if you are considering volunteering more than twice this year or chaperoning a field trip (even once), you will need to sign up to be a volunteer. safety and event guidelines
This is NOT a drop-off event. You are responsible for your child and anyone who came under your care. Please follow these guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable evening for everyone:

Parking Safety: Watch your child, especially when entering or leaving parking areas.

Playground Safety: Children are not allowed to play on the playground equipment after sunset.

Stay Present: Know where your child/those under your care are if they are not in your line of sight. Know how to identify and find your child in the dark.

Meeting Spot: Designate a meeting spot with your group in case you get separated.

Restroom Access: Students must be accompanied by an adult to enter the school MOD for restroom use or any other purpose.

Be Respectful: While watching the movie, please be respectful of those around you: silence cell phones, keep talking low, and avoid using high chairs that block the view.

Comfort & Gear: Remember to bring blankets, chairs, bug spray, and flashlights to make yourself comfortable on the field and navigate safely!

Clean Up: Please clean up ALL of your trash and belongings before you leave.

Have a Question at the Event: Volunteers will be under the pavilion if needed and around the “backyard”.
