Half-Day Camps: STEAM Camp
2023 Camp Registration Now closed. Enjoy camp!
There is a $50 cancellation fee if you need to withdraw your registration at any point in time. If you need to cancel your registration or change your student's camp session, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to ensure the requested change is possible. We must receive requests no later than 21 days before the start of the registered camp session; otherwise, cancellation or change requests cannot be honored and will not be eligible for any refunds. Additionally, if your child fails to show up for a registered camp, and no cancellation notice is provided 7 days before the start of camp, you will not be eligible for a refund. Camps will not be prorated if your child is unable to attend the full dates of the camp session.
If we cancel a camp due to not meeting the minimum enrollment, we will contact you ASAP. You can move the registration to a different camp (and pay the difference in price if applicable), OR we will issue a refund check in full within two weeks of cancellation. Camps that have already met their minimum enrollments will have a note of "CONFIRMED" next to the session dates.
Refunds will exclude the fee to cover credit card processing costs.
Students do not need to be attending CRS to attend the camps (but must be in one of the specified grades, as applicable).
COVID-19: If we must cancel a camp due to COVID-19, we will refund summer camp fees less the credit card fees.
Registrations and cancellations for Theater Camp are managed by Rise Up Theater and for Chess Camp by the U.S. Chess Center. Please use the registration links and contact information noted below for the respective camps.
Note: For camp withdrawal requests (for camps registered through the CRS PTA) after June 30th (but before the start of the respective camp), the processing of approved refunds will be delayed until we have completed our annual financial review. Our fiscal year ends June 30th every year.
