Featuring BBQ, Kid and Veggie Options, Popsicles, and LIVE DJ with Music and Kids Games

Time: 5:00-7:30 p.m.
Location: CRS "Backyard"
Bring your own blanket for a picnic, or small table and chairs to set up inside the track! Kids will play on the playground or dance/play games with the DJ, and adults can socialize!
Please note that this is a catered event, so no ticket sales will be permitted at the door.
Ticket sales through May 15 at Midnight!
The event will be held rain or shine — if it rains, we'll move the picnic indoors between the caf and gym!
Tickets:
Adults (13+): $20 per person.
Options include BBQ Meat (Chicken and/or Pork) or Veggie Burger, Sides, Water
Students (5-12): $12 per person
Options include BBQ Meat (Chicken or Pork), Beef Hot Dog, or Veggie Burger
Kids age 4 and under are FREE
Options include Beef Hot Dog or Veggie Burger, Sides, Water, Popsicle
CRS Teachers/Staff: FREE
Options include BBQ Meat (Chicken or Pork) or Vegetarian
All tickets include Water and Sides: roll, chips, coleslaw, mac n cheese, cucumber salad, sauces
*Students and Kids tickets include a popsicle!
Ticket sales end at midnight on May 15, 2024.
*As is always the PTA policy, we do not want personal finances to be a barrier to participate in any of our events. If you family requires financial assistance to this event, you may contact our CRS Front Office directly with your request to Ms. Moran KMoran2@fcps.edu , who will then send anonymously to the PTA.
Volunteers Needed!
