Chess Club: Registration for Fall/Winter is in September, and for Winter/Spring is in January/February.
Bobcat Theater: Auditions in the Fall/Winter.
Girls on the Run: More info to come!
Math Clubs: Usually in September.
Science Olympiad A: Usually in September, after a mandatory information session.
Science Olympiad B: Usually in September, after a mandatory information session.

After School Activities (ASAs) offered through Baroody Camps are ON HOLD.

Please consider our CRS Club offerings for an extracurricular activity for your student including Chess Club, Bobcat Theater, Girls on the Run, and more.

CRS PTA partners with Baroody Camps to offer awesome ASA options for your kids. Please note Kindergarten students are not eligible for the Fall and Winter sessions.

PTA members receive priority registration, and classes fill up quickly and early, so be sure your membership is up to date for early access!

An important note from our ASA vendor, Baroody Camps:

Many parents are having trouble receiving the emails Baroody Camps sends from their registration system, Jumbula. Parents receive emails about being moved from waitlists, class confirmations, class cancellations, and more from this system. To make sure you are receiving these emails in a timely manner, please be on the lookout for emails stuck in spam/promotions/junk folders that look like: bc-ffx-<churchillroad>@jumbula.com (example: bc-ffx-wolftrap@jumbula.com)

*Financial hardship should never be a barrier to entry for any PTA programs; if your student needs financial assistance to participate in an ASA you may send an email to afterschoolactivities@churchillroadpta.org. Personal identifying information will be kept confidential when assistance requests are received and when granted.

Registration for Baroody Camps - ON HOLD

Registration for ASA enrichment classes is through our partner Baroody Camps.
First, go to https://bc-ffx-churchill.jumbula.com/#/home, then sign in or create an account profile. (Follow these instructions to set up a profile).
Then you'll be able to view and select classes to add to your cart.
Once you've finished selecting classes, you can then checkout and pay.
If you have any questions or concerns with this registration process via Baroody, check the FAQs or please email info@baroodycamps.com, and their team will work to resolve it as soon as possible.
